LODGING - Modern Cabins

In 1937 Rev. Lee Klaer, director of The Student Service Project, and his
students, built Klaer Lodge from stones found in the area. The Lodge is now
a living memorial to the man who built it.

Klaer Lodge is continually being updated. It sleeps twenty people and includes
a kitchen, bathroom, comfortable living room and two dorm-style bedrooms.
The lower part of the lodge is heated by a wood stove and a fireplace while the
second floor is heated by propane furnaces. Outside is a large in-ground fire
pit and picnic tables for your enjoyment.
RATES: Single Night - $225.00 / Multi-night - $180.00 (per night) / Security Deposit - $150.00
Two night minimum required on weekends. Above rates include taxes.

Check-in time is after 2 pm / Check-out time is 12 noon or before.

Pyles Cabin is named for John Pyles, long time member of the Monongalia
County Commission. It is the most recent cabin addition to the rental list.

Newly renovated, the cabin has two bedrooms which sleep up to 4 adults
and 5 children, a dining room, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Limited
kitchen supplies are available. All the conveniences of home set in
beautiful mountain scenery.

Outside is a fire ring, picnic table and grill.
RATES: Single Night - $125.00 / Multi-night - $110.00 (per night) / Security Deposit - $75.00
Two night minimum required on weekends. Above rates include taxes.

Casey Cabin was so named in honor of Mabel S. Casey who donated
100 acres of land to the Park in the 1930s.

Casey is a fully modern cabin with bathroom and shower, kitchen, living room
and a bedroom that sleeps up to 2 adults and 3 children. Heated with propane,
it is a toasty place to come back to after a day of sledding. Limited kitchen
supplies are available. Outside is a fire ring, picnic table and grill.

Casey Cabin is handicapped accessible.
RATES: Single Night - $95.00 / Multi-night - $85.00 (per night) / Security Deposit - $50.00
Two night minimum required on weekends. Above rates include taxes.

Check-in time is after 2 pm / Check-out time is 12 noon or before.

Quiet Hours: 9 pm through 9 am

FEES:
Fees are based on the limit of persons allowable at each facility. Extra fees will be applied if limit is exceeded.
No tents are permitted outside any of the park cabins or facilities other than tent sites
without permission from the park manager.

Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit is required for all cabins in the form of cash or a credit card.
(if the card is used to pay for the reservation).
All Cabins must be cleaned and then checked by park staff before security deposit will be returned.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds (minus taxes and a $25 service charge) will be given only if the lodge is re-rented.

All modern cabins have limited cookware (pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc.)
The park does NOT supply linens, blankets, pillows, towels, etc.

Pets must be leashed AT ALL times and waste picked up and disposed of properly. Pets that disturb others will be expelled from park.
